Metal Recycling

​

To reduce waste and preserve natural resources, all metal waste generated during our production processes are recycled. By doing this, total carbon footprint is minimised while also supporting a circular economy.

More energy and material efficient bonding techniques are introduced, such as the backlack varnish/bonding technique which is commonly used to avoid debris and the loss of magnetic performance during traditional bonding techniques (i.e., welding or riveting).

Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy

 

Since June 2024, Yuanzhong has completed the installation of 720 solar panels across the rooftops of our factory buildings. The energy generated during the daytime now fully powers our daily production operations.

 

In addition to renewable energy investment, we also implement:

• Energy-efficient lighting and equipment

• Smart power management in production lines

• Building insulation to reduce heat loss and cooling demand

 

These measures help lower both energy consumption and environmental impact while improving long-term operational efficiency.

 

Noise Reduction

 

As a responsible member of our local community, minimising noise pollution is a key focus. We take multiple measures to reduce noise levels, including:

• Soundproofing materials around high-speed presses

• Optimised workshop layout to limit sound spread

 

This ensures a safer and more comfortable working environment for employees and reduces disturbance to surrounding areas.
